Yes — but with transparency.

Most of the trips I design are in Europe, so I generally recommend 4★ hotels or higher, which usually means a minimum of around €150–€200 per night, depending on the destination.

That said, I’m happy to work creatively with different budgets. For example, we can:

• design your route and itinerary only (you find your accommodation on your end)

• help you find great Airbnb-like options, yes, I can do that!

• focus on experiences rather than luxury hotels

Just note that if we’re not booking commissionable services, the planning fee may be a bit higher, it’s a business, after all, and I do enjoy eating!

Because your trip deserves more than a quick Google search, and I do much more than that.

Designing a great trip takes research, coordination, conversations with partners across different countries (time zones & languages), and a lot of behind-the-scenes logistics. Plus, I’m adding years of experience selling these destinations and traveling them myself — knowing what’s worth your time, what’s not.

The planning fee simply allows me to dedicate the time and expertise needed to create a journey that fits perfectly to you.

Bad news first: no.

The good news second: I only charge planning fees for complex itineraries, such as multi-destination or multi-itemized trips (think honeymoons, 5+ days in Europe, group trips, win region-focused itineraries, etc).

No planning fee is charged for hotel only, cruise only, hotel + flight bundles, all-inclusive stays, and similar.

And if you happen to be in my inner circle (family/friends) or if you are a repeat client, a reduction of this fee might apply!
